Dena Nakhle Birch NMD is a holistic doctor in Santa Barbara. Her practice focuses on the natural treatment of illness and disease, women’s health, and pediatrics. Her expertise is providing an individualized approach for patient-centered care. Helping patients reach their health goals is an absolute honor for her. After receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from the Art Institute of Chicago and Post-baccalaureate in Psychology from De Paul University, Dena Nakhle Birch was awarded her doctorate degree in Naturopathic Medicine from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine. After graduating from naturopathic medical school, Dena Nakhle Birch underwent extensive board examinations to become board certified as a Naturopathic Doctor and licensed in the state of California. Dr. Birch has also achieved further education and certifications in functional medicine, botanical medicine, genomic medicine, hormone therapies, IV therapies, and pediatrics in order to bring the special therapies she offers to the community.
